Water is not a privilege. It's a right.

We exist to close the gap between infrastructure promise and daily reality, for every community we serve.

Our origin story

Our track record spans more than two decades of verified field operations across Nigeria. We have delivered water infrastructure for the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, state governments, and communities, at every scale from single community boreholes to multi-stage treatment plants.

The same precision methodology built in 2002 underpins every system we design today, now enhanced with solar technology and real-time monitoring, and structured to scale to any Nigerian geography.

Solar borehole water infrastructure

Mission & values

Three commitments guide every survey, every panel, every litre we move.

Access

Clean water within reach: physically, financially, and operationally.

Sustainability

Renewable power, durable hardware, and local capacity to operate and maintain.

Dignity

Design choices that respect time, safety, and the leadership of women and girls.

Timeline

Over twenty years of verified delivery, from community projects to federal government commissions.

2002

Community roots, Abeokuta

A 130-metre deep borehole in Aregbesola Community ended daily water walks for over 6,000 residents. This first project established the methodology we still use today.

2004

Federal government commission

The Federal Ministry of Water Resources engaged our team to deliver a 160-metre borehole and water storage system in Iperu, Ogun State. Eleven thousand residents gained clean access in three months.

2010

State-level infrastructure

Ogun State Government commissioned a full water treatment plant in Imoru, our first complete treatment infrastructure build, expanding our scope beyond boreholes into end-to-end water quality delivery.

Now

Solar-first, nationally scalable

Two decades of field delivery, now enhanced with solar technology, IoT remote monitoring, and an end-to-end service model structured to operate at national scale.

Proven delivery

17,000+ residents served. Three completed projects. One verified track record.

Muinat Jaji

Currently Consultant to the Governor on Water Resources, Ogun State

Muinat holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Protection from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. Before founding HydroReach, she served as Acting General Manager of the Ogun State Water Corporation, leading water supply policy across Ogun State and managing partnerships with the World Bank and Agence Française de Développement. Growing up alongside her family's two-decade track record in borehole drilling and water treatment across Nigeria, she built HydroReach to bring solar technology and real-time monitoring to a field her family had operated in since 2002.
